Smith & Cross Traditional Jamaica Rum
112 oz
Williams & Humbert DrySack Medium Sherry
34 oz
lime juice
12 oz
cane sugar syrup
1 tsp
vanilla syrup
mint sprig as garnish


  1. Whip all ingredients, shaking with a few pieces of crushed ice
  2. Strain into pilsner glass filled with crushed ice
  3. Swizzle until cold
  4. Garnish with mint sprig
  5. Serve with a straw
