¹⁄₂ oz

Laird's 100 Proof Straight Apple Brandy (Bottled in Bond)

¹⁄₂ oz

Yellow Chartreuse

Stir it Up

1. Stir all ingredients over ice
2. Strain into Nick & Nora glass

Notes & Review

Comes with a bite (heh). Subtle burn from the rye + brandy with some much needed complexity and sweetness added by the Chartreuse. It grows on you, and might be good for a cold night, but it's a strong, dry one only some with enjoy.
