Beefeater London Dry Gin

³⁄₄ oz

Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth

¹⁄₂ oz

Cynar

brandied cherry as garnish

Stir it Up

1. Stir all ingredients over ice
2. Strain into coupe
3. Garnish with brandied cherry

Notes & Review

Strong, simple and a nice mix of bitter and sweet. The Cynar is quite bitter so not a drink for those who don't like bitter cocktails. Similar to the Negroni but a bit more bitter, less sweet, more complex.
