Hotaling & Co Junípero Gin (Anchor Junípero Gin)
12 oz
Yellow Chartreuse
1 tsp
Crème Yvette
34 oz
lemon juice
12 oz
vanilla syrup
14 oz
simple syrup


  1. Dry shake all ingredients
  2. Pour into pilsner glass filled with crushed ice
  3. Swizzle until cold
  4. Top with a thin layer of Crème Yvette (separate from the 1 tsp)
  5. Serve with a straw
