Ingredients

cucumber wheel
2 oz
gin
12 oz
Cynar
12 oz
dry vermouth
1 pinch
salt
1
cucumber wheel as garnish

Stir it Up

  1. Muddle cucumber wheels in a mixing glass
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir over ice
  3. Double strain into coupe
  4. Garnish with thinly-sliced cucumber wheel

Notes & Review

Gin-forward, with a nose of cucumber and a slightly bitter, salty aftertaste. Melds together nicely, and a good intro drink to Cynar although it's subtle in the background. But unlikely to be a drink most love.
