Sweet and tart, with nice notes of cachaça coming through. Definitely packs a punch of zest, but the sugar balances it out perfectly. We used the Avuá Amburana (an aged cachaça) as D&C recommends, even though most recipes call for an unaged cachaça. The 6 wedges are also a bit nebulous.. for us, that amounted to a little less than three quarters of a normal sized lime.
