Ingredients

2 oz

Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon (Elijah Craig 12-Year)

¹⁄₄ oz

Amaro Averna

³⁄₄ oz

Fuji apple juice

¹⁄₂ oz

lemon juice

³⁄₄ oz

vanilla syrup

1 dash

Death & Co House Orange Bitters

orange wheel as garnish

Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients with ice
2. Strain into highball glass filled with ice
3. Garnish with orange flag (orange slice on a cocktail pick) and a few drops of bitters; serve with a straw
