Goslings Black Seal Rum
1⁄2 oz
Campari
2 dash
Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe
3⁄4 oz
lime juice
1⁄2 oz
demerara syrup

lime wedge as garnish

Shake it Up

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice
  2. Strain into coupe
  3. Garnish with lime wedge
