Ingredients

1 oz

Cruzan Black Strap Rum

1 oz

Batavia Arrack van Oosten

1 oz

Cocchi Vermouth di Torino

1 tsp

Campari

¹⁄₂ tsp

demerara syrup

2 dash

Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters

2 dash

Death & Co House Orange Bitters

1

orange twist as garnish

Stir it Up

1. Stir all ingredients over ice
2. Strain into Old Fashioned glass with 1 large ice cube
3. Garnish with orange twist

Notes & Review

Sweet, bitter, and molasses-y with some funk. Great mouthfeel. Probably not everyone's cup of tea due to the unique rums involved, along with the bitter element. But an enjoyable cocktail that's certainly different.
