Granny Smith apple
750 mL
Rhum Barbancourt White Rum

Directions

  1. Chop Granny Smith apples (including core and everything else) coarsely
  2. Combine apple and rum in a container and stir well
  3. Let rest at room temperature for one week, stirring daily
  4. Strain through cheesecloth-lined sieve
