espresso-infused demerara syrup

Ingredients

4 oz
coffee beans
2 c
water
2 c
demerara syrup

Directions

  1. Coarsely grind espresso coffee beans and combine with water in container
  2. Stir well, cover, and let rest for 12 to 16 hours
  3. Strain through fine-mesh strainer
  4. Stir in demerara syrup to taste
